Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize, actively pursue, and close new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the R&D team to communicate and address customer needs and feedback
  • Effectively communicate Puissan’s product features and benefits to prospects and clients
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as product brochures and presentations
  • Participate in trade shows and demos
  • Occasional travel required (20%)

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, or personal care industry or CRO preclinical R&D
  • At least a Master’s degree in Pharmacology/Biomedicine/Biochemistry/Biology or similar
  • Fluency in English, and excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy

Nice to have

  • PhD degree in a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with in silico methods such as PBPK and QSAR or organ-on-chips systems
  • Working experience in sales or marketing roles
