Our services

PBPK modelling

We provide a wide range of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) services to help customers understand and predict drug pharmacokinetics and toxicity, optimize dosing regimens, and facilitate successful regulatory submissions.

  • Case study evaluation. If you are not planning to use our PBPK models yourself or would like to have a complementary approach to traditional in vitro and in vivo methods, our team can analyse the data for you and provide recommendations for better outcomes and improvements.

  • Dose optimization. Through simulations and sensitivity analyses, we assist you in optimizing dosing regimens to achieve the desired therapeutic outcomes while minimizing potential side effects.

  • Guidance for regulatory submissions. We support you in preparing robust regulatory submissions by providing detailed PBPK reports and documentation in line with regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Early-stage predictions. By predicting key pharmacokinetic parameters, we help you make informed choices regarding compound selection and guide the overall development strategy.
  • Literature review and data analysis.

We offer different organ-on-chip models for different applications. Partner with us to leverage organ-on-chip technology for screening novel therapeutic candidates, gaining mechanistic insights, and evaluating drug efficacy and toxicity, alone or in combination.

  • Custom biological applications on-chip. Ask our scientists about different physiological and pathological models that can be reproduced and studied in our chips.
  • Scientific and technical support. We assist you throughout the entire project, from initial planning to data analysis and interpretation. Our team will make recommendations for the experiment conditions, provide reproducible protocols for cell culturing and assay performance, and help with troubleshooting.
  • Training. We train individuals based on their unique needs and requirements to gain knowledge and hands-on experience.

If you are interested in working together, contact us and we will get back to you soon.
